EPROM and PROM programming service for older memory devices. 

We can offer a programming service for over 1100 different devices covering the older PROMS/EPROMS and Micro Controllers, up to a device size of 512kB. This includes  the popular 2708, 2716, 2732, 2764, 27128, 27256, 27512 eproms as well as the older Bi-Polar PROMS. Some of the older devices are also available in our online shop.

All we need is a known good original copy of the device, you supply the device(s) you wish to have programmed, and we do the rest. In certain circumstances, we can also program the data from other sources such as text files etc. Please ring and discuss your requirements.

The equipment we use is a Data I/O 29B system with Unipak 2 and Gangpak modules, and for microcontroller programming such as the Intel 8748 or 8749, we also have different adaptor modules to suit many physically larger devices. This system is not compatible with newer surface mount devices.

We have a fixed charge for simple programming of £1.25 per device plus a setup charge of £10.00 (prices also subject to VAT and return postage).
