23cm/18w complete PA using RA18H1213G module

Aimed at the amateur radio community, this is a 23cm UHF power amplifier module.

Ex equipment but perfect working order (only lightly used in the hobby) 23cm PA built by Bert Modderman.

Fitted with output driver RA18H1213G module.

Power: 12volt, Bias input can be set as required both internally and externally via a feedthrough.

A top quality amplifier built into a custom aluminium solid billet

Input via SMA connector, Output via N-Type connector

Needs to be mounted on a good quality heatsink (Not supplied)

1.24-1.30GHz 18W 12.5V, 3 Stage Amp.

Dimensions: 80mm x 60mm x 27.5mm (excluding connectors & terminals)

NOTE: If being used for ATV work, then the output/drive must be kept at a level where the RF envelope 'ears' are kept at a low level to avoid digital distortion.
