Shipping: Items are usually shipped within 5 working days from date of order - often within 24hours. If your order is of an urgent nature, please email us prior to placing the order to ensure we can despatch within your time scales - next day guaranteed deliveries are charged extra, you are advised to ring us if this service is needed. Please do not chase orders until 14 days have elapsed from date of order placement. You will be sent a confirmation email when your goods are being despatched. Returns: Items being returned are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee except only when we have supplied incorrect goods. In these circumstances, we will only replace the item and no refunds will be given, unless the item is either discontinued or out-of-stock. Please contact us for authorisation prior to returning any goods.
